1 bag of washed baby spinach, mixed leaves or watercress
3 medium pears, cored and sliced
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
100g crumbled blue cheese
100ml sour cream
100ml blue cheese
1. Divide the leaves between four plates. Arrange the pears, walnuts and crumbled blue cheese on the leaves.
2. Blend the dressing ingredients together. Spoon over the salad and serve immediately.
