Serve this simple fresh parsley sauce over grilled pork chops or drizzle if over a grilled or roast chicken breast.


1 bunch fresh parsley, washed and dried
1 clove garlic, peeled
125ml olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch sea salt
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper


1. Whizz everything together in a blender, adding more oil if you need too. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
