How to make a fried egg even tastier

A tip from Spain to transform a simple fried egg into a feast.

– Fry an egg in extra virgin olive oil and remove to a plate, leaving the oil in the pan.

– Add a spoon of sherry or red wine vinegar to the pan. Cook for 10 seconds.

– Drizzle over the fried egg and serve.
