Source dried rose hips at the health food shop or pick and dry your own.
For each cup of tea
1-2 teaspoon dried rose hips (depending on how strong you like your tea)
Sugar or honey to taste
Instructions
1. Place the dried rose hips in a teapot, add boiling water and leave for 15-20 minutes to steep. Strain and drink.
