Espresso Martini


Espresso martinis are addictive – both velvety and slightly bitter at the same time and it’s impossible to stop at just one. The ideal winter and Christmas cocktail. If you don’t have a coffee machine at home buy a few shots of espresso at a café and take it home.

Makes 1


50ml vodka
30ml coffee liqueur
30ml cold espresso
8 cubes of ice


1. Place the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour through a sieve into a chilled martini glass.
