A fruit smoothie-style dessert with fresh fruit, orange juice and banana.
350g strawberries, sliced
2 ripe peaches, stoned and sliced (or use 1/2 tin of drained peaches)
1 large ripe banana
120ml fresh orange juice
200g Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, toasted
1. Mix the strawberries, peaches and blueberries in a bowl and divide between four large sundae glasses.
2. Roughly chop the banana and blend with the orange juice and yogurt until smooth. Pour over the fruit in each glass and sprinkle with desiccated coconut. (You could replace the coconut with chopped, toasted hazelnuts or almonds).
