A useful dressing combining the strong flavours of blue cheese and mustard to serve with burgers, steaks and pear salad.
200ml Greek yogurt or any full-fat plain yogurt
70g blue cheese (Cashel Blue, Wicklow Blue or Stilton), crumbled
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1. Mix the ingredients together and store in a sealed container or jar in the fridge. Shake before using. Will keep for a few days in the fridge. Add more yogurt if you need a looser dressing.
