Bursting with goodness and the good news is that it tastes delicious too, which is not something you can always say about a kale smoothie!
200g fresh pineapple or drained tinned pineapple
1 banana, peeled and sliced
4 kale leaves
100g baby spinach
1 inch piece of ginger
1/2 ripe avocado
1 apple, cored and chopped roughly
Juice of half a lemon or lime
400g sparkling water, almond milk or coconut water
1. Place everything into a blender and blitz until smooth. Thin out with water to loosen it to the consistency you enjoy.
